New Pictures Explanation

Hey.

I just wanted to explain some of the pictures I've uploaded recently.

The black and white ones are from my Creative Photo darkroom class I took in the most recent semester at Truman State (Spring 2008). It was a kick ass class with a lot of great project ideas.

The other, more recent uploads are some of my favorite shots i took on assignment for my schools paper, the Index. At 5$ a shot, I didn't stress out too much over the aesthetics- but a couple of nice shots made it through and I felt like I should give them a chance on deviant art.

all of your B&W photos seem to contain one type of mood. It makes your photos seem simplistic and really attracts the eye to explore the photograph while keeping the theme in the viewers mind.

i get like 2 - 3 photos a week about. I really like shooting tho, bc you basically make your own hours which is awesome!

I enjoyed browsing your gallery! I love the real expressions in your portraits and your colours pop!!!! I can't seem to get that much poppage of colour- maybe b/c I'm colour blind. I dunno.
